Summary:
Full build-out of 1st-generation Mercantile/Retail space to include additional occupancy configurations for Assembly and Food Service uses. This project involved a Site Development Plan review and related entitlements to allow for the new configuration.
Project Description:

1-story (primarily) Mercantile Occupancy with Accessory Assembly(A-2 bar/cafe area). Space is also configured to allow Special Event Assembly (A-2) functions over a broader floor area. Code Summary sheet illustrates the basic mercantile use, with an alternate assembly function use occupant load. Code provisions are assigned to the space based  on the A-2 designation (conservative).
