The SFP team managed the entire permitting process and secured permits for the massive 4,200-square-foot taproom and brewhouse (including new brew equipment, commercial kitchen, and bar), as well as for the 5,400-square-foot patio. The taproom has the capacity to hold 125 guests in the interior space and an additional 360 guests in two outdoor patio areas.
